Using
this website
When buying any items of
stationery, enter your quantities
against the relevant item, press buy,
you will then be directed to the shopping
cart and once here you can adjust your quantities before
proceeding to checkout.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made online
or by telephone only and is processed through HSBC secure
epayments. We will accept 50% deposit
on orders over £100 only. If paying a deposit,
the final balance is payable before despatch of your wedding
stationery.
Delivery
Please allow up to 14
working days for delivery for wedding stationery and
samples. We cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable
for any losses arising due to failure to meet such delivery
timescales. If you have not received our cards, you must notify
us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for
delivery delays or damages caused by a third party. If for
any reason, the despatch of your card order is delayed we
will always inform you immediately.
Refunds
& Cancellations
For wedding stationery orders cancelled before work on designs
begin, we will retain the deposit paid. If
creation of wedding stationery
has already begun, we will retain 75% of the total amount
to be paid to cover materials and labour costs. |
Your
statutory rights are not affected. We are unable to accept
returns.
Privacy
We
are committed to ensuring your privacy and do not under any
circumstances share or sell names or any other information
about you to any other person or business. We are very
concerned about the security of your information and only
collect information about you to process your order and to
provide you with the best possible service. We will not email
you in the future without your consent unless it is regarding
an order and will only use the information that we collect
about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998).
Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms
and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.

Each card is uniquely handcrafted
for you and as such there may be slight variations to each
handmade card.
Design
Galleries
Images of cards displayed on this website are not true sizes
of actual products. The colour of images may vary slightly
from the true colour of the final products.
Card Samples
Samples are delivered fully personalised with your wedding
details. Once you order a sample you will be directed at the
end of the buying process to our personalisation pages.
PROOFS
Any
amendments required after signed approval will be charged
to you. Final proofing and amendments are the responsibility
of the customer.
